Here's what Mark Miller posted to Facebook yesterday after the race:
quote:Macau 2015 update 09 -- final race: Hello! Macau GP 2015 race done and dusted 13th place in the end averaging two (2) seconds per lap better than any previous year on the EBR. I felt great on the bike and never lifted until the checkered flag posting consistently fast lap times. Super happy every rider is safe and sound with an awesome scrap up front I hear. Our Splitlath team is pleased with our performance, we were catching 12th place by a couple seconds per lap at the end but needed just a couple more laps. Our last lap was very strong even compared to a few of the finishers ahead of us. Gotta be pleased with our little EBR. (-: She rocks. Whoo hoo! So happy to be safe and available to celebrate with the circus family tonight. Gonna git ugly heh heh. Phew! Big hugs around the world and huge thanks for all the support and words of encouragement from you all throughout our shared adventure. All done, Mark x

Very cool. I was wondering how he did. This race doesn't get a whole lot of publicity here compared to even the Isle of Man. Thanks, |

It may or may not be covers on Velocity under "Real Road Racing". They cover all in the UK but don't know if they do others. Hope so. |

Interesting... an "All-BMW Podium." That's not something you see every day. |

Well now that MotoGP is done for the year we can start discussing the SECOND most insane road race of the year (behind the Isle of Man)... Is Splitlaith competing this year? |

An all-BMW podium! I'm not familiar with the Macau GP rules, but if it follows what I'm familiar with, then Mark finished in the points! |
