Sold my vfr and got a multistrada but was thinking of a tuber just for a spare bike. Looked at an S2T and sat on it but it seemed cramped in the leg area. I have a 32" inseam 6' tall. Thanks! |

I'm 6'6", 36" inseam. 59 years old. Rode the S2 two up from Austin to NE Arkansas to Deal's gap to Vancouver in 25 days. Which is actually only about 250 miles/day. But its got enough leg room for me. |

Did it have S2 pegs, or S2T pegs? The T pegs were dropped one inch. Makes all the difference in the world. My personal bike is a 95 S2 (white frame)...with T accessories - bags, fairing lowers, and lower pegs. Wish I had the higher bars to go with 'em but...I still love my '2 |

It was a factory S2T, silver with grey frame and wheels and bags to match. Any upside to buying it over a 95 with bags and lowers? |

The T should have lower pegs and higher bars. There was no T in 95, so lower bars and higher pegs there. You see the higher bars for sale on Ebay from time to time, but I've never seen the lower peg mounts. In case you were thinking of making a T. |

The peg lowering brackets are about unobtanium these days. I have them on my 95 and on my son's 96. They make a big difference. Rode my S2 from MN to Ar the same time Eric did above. 16 hrs on the way back... a bit stiff the next day but I could have done 6-8 hrs more if I had to. Also have the higher T bars too. |

I've got a set of lightly used "T" bars for sale. Looking for $140.00 shipped to a badwebber in the US. I agree they make a huge difference. The worst bars for me were the 2-1/2" rise on the very early S2's Then they went to the 4" "normal" bars. Somebody on here made some noise about making a few sets of the lowered peg mounts. Who wants some? If there is enough interest I'll see what we can do. Kevin Ping me at kmeath34@gmail.com Kevin |

Well I have a few options up for grabs near me. Selling some fire arms and farkles for bikes I don't own I should be able to swing it soon. |
