I came up to an intersection today and thought I accidentally hit my kill switch...when I went to start back up I had nothing. No headlights or clock...then it all of the sudden came to life. Rode the rest of the day fine until I shut it off to eat dinner. I tried to jump it...gauges and lights came on but it still won't turn over. Any suggestions gentleman?!

I'd start with the battery connections.

My experience with electrical problems tells me there is generally no 'magic bullet' to solving them.
The battery cables are a good place to start. Then check to see if the ignition switch is getting wonky. It may be failing internally.
Are fuses and relays well connected and intact? And so on.
FWIW, another member had a somewhat similar issue, and the fix turned out to be a harness connector under the fuel tank that had become unplugged.
Using a wiring diagram, start at the battery and follow the electricity from the source to the appliance.

Hope this helps, Dave

Don't look but pull on battery cables at the battery terminals no movment should be observed. Or better yet removed clean and reinstalled with one drop of blue thread lock.

2nd with disconnected battery, disconnect the ecm connectors plugs. spray corrosion X (red can) into the female sockets reinstall connectors.reconnect plugs and battery. P.S make sure your battery is good have it checked out at batterys plus or local bike shop.

Also make sure the ground to frame and positive to starter is clean and tight. There are always at least 2 connections to every wire.
