There is no equivalent bearing due to the shoulder on the OEM, A firm called Pyramid were selling a tapered bearing, it was not even the correct outside diameter and did not have the shoulder, I pointed this out to them and sent them a take off and still they put them up for sale for our bikes, They are not even close! The OEM bearing can be dismantled and the ball bearings replaced though if you can get the correct sized ball bearings and catch it before there is damage to the races. Good luck with your search though. |

Thanks ... I will take them apart and try to put grease in them ..there is too much resistance in the steering..... I will also check with a bearing shop if there is a bearing match ..... |

Just went through this, I found NO direct non-oem replacement. I spent months searching, literally months. The bearings are NICE bearings and were owned by SKF at the time of Buell, NICE have changed hands a few times since then and have no cross reference in their current lineup. |
