Chris, how are you connecting the XB dash to the tuber harness? Thought about doing that on my Super Blast. Even picked up a real low mileage dash, then started looking at Vapor dash set ups. Kevin |

Swing Arm support bracket looks robust. I can't make out the logo. Is that store-bought, or did you make it? |

Thanks Guys, Marc, for sure.. Dave, you just might see it, but probably HEAR it first )) Kevin, still working on it..got the back light & idiot lights figured out.. that was the easy part, need to get an accurate signal to the tach wo the em, speedo will be dead.. no feed. Wiring is my kryptonite (( I pondered away way too much time on a lot of the different gauges & even a zumo, that are out there & trying to figure out how to mount them to my liking They all had ups & downs for me This just "fits" the best so far, and for now... if I can get it to work.. Jay, its just powder coated the same as the other silver bits |

Chris, ok, let me know if you can get it to work! That trans brace is from an early bike, most likely an S2 or earlier. Cool looking sand cast with the e and u connected! Great job, it's going to be pretty! Kevin |

The color match is pretty good not totally perfect, I did not re coat the frame, probably should have, but it was in real good shape with a couple scratches. I would say that "Buell" was a little light handed on the powder & my guy a little heavy. In the garage w light it looks more purple, but in the sunlight it looks better. Basti, I used an S1 main harness & made some mods to make it work, but it was a pretty good fit. here is my magic S1 to XB cluster harness )) Pretty much done...just need to install the bodywork & waiting to talk to walbro about the fuel pump tomorrow, I am wanting to get the low fuel light working if possible

Bike looks amazing. If you ever get west/north of the Hudson would love the chance to see it up close. Did you make the under seat/tail panel cover? |

Thank You, Actually, Chris, my brother lives in Newburgh right down the road from Big boys toys, He runs an ice cream shop on Main St. in Beacon, called Zora Dora's, you should stop in, awesome stuff I am up there quite a bit on various rides. was actually thinking on fading into the mountains tomorrow )) Minnewaska is a great spot, ill drop ya a line when this one makes the trip. I was told by a more informed & knowledgeable person than I that the under tail is actually a Banke unit, & probably the only time djuden lost out on a deal )) |
