Yellow and I each took a nice long ride last night. WOW!! That weather was unbelievable! But where did the bugs come from? Sheesh, does it only take one warm day for all the little bastards to hatch? Anyway, it was fun, and that's all that counts! | ||

Hi Guys, Guess a few of you might be wondering where I have disappeared to (well maybe not)... I have been under a tremendous amount of pressure at work to get a major project done before I leave... my last day here is April 23rd... The tenative plan is to move down to Madison, at least for the summer... I am applying for jobs in Northern Wisconsin, Madison and Milwaukee areas and then just put in a national job application with the feds (Chicago, Seattle, DC, Denver, San Francisco and RTP North Carolina). I won't know about that until the end of July though. Not too sure what will happen, but I am also trying to move up near my boyfriend who is in Marquette, Michigan (I know I must be totally cracked to consider the UP, but I love Lake Superior and I really like this guy... although he is six years younger than me...) Everything is 'up in the air'... need to call the HD/Buell dealer in Madison soon too to see what is going on down there. Hopefully picking up my bike on Friday (even though it is supposed to be in the low 40's... it is time). See ya!  Charlotte | ||

wnet down to springfield for the mile a few years ago -- it was a particularly buggy ride down, and the front rockerbox gaskets had just let go on the way, so the insect corpses were covered with a film of 50wt . . . . walked into the lobby of a decent motel, much to the chagrin of the wedding reception party, put down my helmet, pulled out my wallet, showed em my AARP card, and said, "I'd like the old guy discount, please" priceless | ||
