Hey Guys, Long time Buell fan here, would love to consider an SX but with the current state of EBR, are the parts even available for them? Worse case scenario, that no one buys EBR, then what? I have a chance to possibly buy one pretty cheap. |

No too worried about warranty as such as often work on my own bikes, just interested in whether replacement parts can be sourced. |

Many places can get parts. Here's where I bought my RX and where both myself and others have bought parts - http://ontrackpowersports.com/ Mike |

at this time NRHS EBR is still able to get many of the normal wear and tear type of parts for the EBR 1190 RX/SX models. We even give a 10% Badweb discount!! http://www.nrhsperformance.com (Message edited by buelliedan on July 13, 2015) |

Has anybody had any problem getting parts from a dealer? |

Yes. It turned out to be due to incorrect part numbers in multiple parts pdf files, including the parts list included in the 1190RX/1190SX service manual. Once the proper part number was determined (from the pdf from an online dealer of the remaining parts available through Parts Unlimited after the receivership announcement) a part that I needed 2 of showed only 1 remaining. If/when the parts supply gets turned back on, the 2nd part I need will be the first thing I order. You asked, I answered... 1313 |

No...not yet. Well, cept for still waiting for sprockets, but that's not really the dealers fault. |

Hmmm, sounds like Im better to hold off until the end of the month to see what happens with EBR, thanks for the replies though, think there also the issue if ever to sell if of convincing someone to buy it without ease of support, especially when Im not based in the USA. |

There are some parts available out in the distribution chain. The rest are hung up in the bankruptcy proceeding. Some of us stocked up on consumable parts as soon as we heard EBR went under. Hopefully the new owner starts selling the parts again ... or if they intend to dismantle the company .. sell off whatever inventory they have in the warehouse and not crush it for scrap.
