It's a great bike for $5000, particularly with only 10k miles on it.

That being said, any 2008 or newer is worth about $1000 more (better crank and oil pump), and anything with luggage is worth $500 more. And there are probably 2008 and up bikes with luggage out there for $5k if you are patient.
