Very nice been waiting to see this with those wheels!! Love the mods like the oil lines looks sim to mine. Are your billet switch housings from highway dirt bikes? Thats where mine is from. You are almost left with a custom tank to do theres nothing left. And from the other post yes insure it for more!!! |

Not exactly my cup of tea, but it looks very well done, well thought out, and well finished. Looks, of a piece , rather than just throwing a bunch of parts at a bike. |

yes Ross ... i dont have the ring around the gas cap either, haha. Ken- I did buy the highway dirtbike switch housings but returned them. I ended up making my own with the integrated master clamps and screw on back covers. The switches themselves i did get from Paul at HWDB. here are the housings and here they are assembled with the integrated reservoir mounts

Nice work on the switch housings and the other parts. Good design work and follow through also. The guys at HWDB are great they have helped me out a few times. See you went with the Motion Pro quick throttle it was not available when I got mine. Nice grips same as mine! |

That's some of the best thought out .... Artfully considered and skillfully crafted work I've ever seen on a Buell. You've every reason to be proud of your skill, eye for art and the way the finished product worked out. Court |

Truly amazing what can be done when the HD product cheapening department is removed from the picture. You are an artist sir! Beautiful work on all the stuff you made. Is the CNC mill in your garage or what and when will you make some for others? Love the wheels. |

Marc has made a lot more than just the few parts he's shown here. I bet he's made 100 parts for the bike, including everything listed above that doesn't have a name brand on it, trellis tail section, even the rear pulley and handlebar clamp. (Message edited by phelan on July 04, 2015) |

Ross you are absolutely correct every turn you make there is a custom part. Head light brackets Shifter Brake pedal Oil lines Air cleaner Handle bar clamp/dash Shock res clamps Rear caliper mount Oil cooler Frame brace Pulley cover Heel gaurds Rear sub frame Rear pulley Thats the additional I can see and remember I bet there are many stock items that have also been modified. Marc you got any idea how much machine time you have into this bike including 3D printing? I am guessing 1000 hrs or so |
