07 buell xb9r excessive blow by out of the breather on the rear rocker box cover and won't rev past 3000 rpm just honed cylinders and changed rings wires and plugs still does it cleaned oil lines and made sure its not overfilled on oil please help |

Those are nikisil plated cylinders, a normal hone probably would not have done much. Did you measure compression? |

Yes compression seems good 180 cylinders still had hash marks in them just did a hone to knock any glaze off |

Hmmm. That makes no sense. With good compression you shouldn't be getting too much blowby. Lets ignore that symptom for a moment... Can you describe in more detail how it is not running right as it approaches that 3000 RPM limit. Is it throwing any error codes? Could be a fuel pump, cam position sensor, head temperature sensor, bad gas, random electrical issue, etc... |

It struggles to get up to 3000rpm kinda like I'm towing a truck with it gas is brand new fuel pump is good it fires up easy but idles horribly as soon as I give it any gas it spurts oil out of breather I'm just lost if I hold revs at 4000rpm it pours out |
