So, when you have a problem with your bike and not having anybody near to help you, who is the right person to call or write. Any email would be great.

And my problem is - nobody here won't help and it's actually right thing to do, so I haven't been using theft code for 3 years now and I can't remember my pin. Every time it's asking me to write it when i shut down the bike. I would also like to use this function again when I'll soon go on a longer trip. O yes, I own my CR now for 5 years and still love it :-)

Thank you for your help.

The owners manual gives a brief discussion of this feature. For obvious reasons the operation of software theft modules has always been a closely held secret.

Is English a second language? I'm having difficulty understanding your question. This forum is a great place to ask questions.
Do you have a Harley dealership close to you? Call and ask if they have a knowledgeable Buell-guy on staff. (My dealership has a Buell-guru)

Do you have the Owners Manual? (not the service manual) Like Dannybuell said, the Owners Manual is a great place to start.

English isn't my language at all and I really wasn't clear enough in my question.

I would like to reset my pin code for theft activation, because I can't remember what was my old one.

I don't have any Harley dealership at all, they all closed down two years ago.
