John I really don't believe that harley gives it to them at hardley any cost, just because they sell alot of harleys. I would damn near make a bet they are lieing to you. but you still got a good deal |

Bubba, The truth is that the only reason they gave me a good deal on the XB is that they don`t give a rat`s ass about Buell bikes. They don`t want to service them, sell parts, or want anything to do with them after the sale. They put them on Ebay and try and sell them as quickly as possible. If i had a quality dealer like yourself, close to me i would have gladly given them my business regardless of price. But seems like your the exception when it comes to dealers. |

A dealer like Where Brian works, is perfect for service, Help, advice and parts (and frienship)..But if you can find the bike you want, for 1000s less somewhere else, you would be a fool not to buy it. |

Have to agree with that. Why spend $11K when you can get the same bike for $8K? I dont know about anyone else here, but $3,000 is a big chunk of cash to blow for no reason other than your local salesman is a good guy & serves you some killer Kool-Aid Buy the bike where you can save the most $$$ & throw the local guys the service & parts end of your business. |

If I've counted correctly, there are three Harley dealers in the country who won't spit on me if I ride up on a Buell. My dealer is not one of them... |

3? Might be 4..possibly 5. Tilleys..so long as Brian is there that day. Modesto Waterloo..although once Dave leaves, who knows? Soon Appleton..once Dave gets there. And I heard a rumor but it hasnt been proven yet there is another dealer west of the Mississippi who actually cares. The rest just suck. |

For those of us who are new to this site, can you give more info? I've seen Tilley's ad here, but the others? I'm taking my 12R from Southwest Florida to Tulsa and back this summer, hopefully going up through Tennessee. It would be nice to know of good dealers along the way... |

Hmmm Florida to Tulsa & back...nope, no good dealers. Better stay home. PS..avoid Bumpus at all costs. TN seems to have some of the worst dealers of all. |

please add Central Texas Harley Davidson in Austin Texas to your list of Buell Friendly dealers. Sorry, Blake. I know they dont sponsor here, but thats not what this thread is about. CTHD actually has a Buell race bike for the local circuit and have been extremely helpful to the Buell community here in our area. Hooked me up with some spares they had for the race bike when I went down at the track last week. Actually gave me the windscreen to keep as a backup after I get my Zero Gravity in next week.

Hopefully, you`ll only need the Dealers names so you can stop in and say hi or buy a shirt. |

I agree with you Buelluk, Woodstock HD is a very Buell friendly dealership. Brunswick HD, near Albany/Troy, NY, is another Buell friendly HD dealership. I deal with them both. |
