I have not been on BadWeb in a while so I was not aware of this thread. Had I known I would have written earlier. EBR Racewear was started simply to design and fabricate EBR branded products. EBR receives a royalty for everything EBR we sell. The EBR closure came without warning. After the closure it was my decision to continue to sell EBR products from our site to give folks what may be a last chance to own some official EBR merchandise. EBR continues to receive royalties from any EBR licensed products we sell. I was advised by people here to close the site after EBR's shut down but I wanted to offer the products just a little longer thinking the EBR community might appreciate the opportunity. Unfortunately we have had a number of glitches including site communication problems resulting in unwelcome inconveniences for many of you. I am sorry for the time delays and product shortages. The site is now closed. In hindsight I should have listened to the people here and closed the site immediately after EBR's shutdown. Keeping the site open was my mistake. Meanwhile we are filling the remaining orders as quickly as possible and taking care of any and all card refunds. Please know these final credit card payments have been placed in a specific account and none of the payments have been or will be touched until long after the dust has settled on these purchases. We estimate two to three weeks to wrap everything up. Again, I am sorry for the extended time needed to complete your purchases. Thank you. Rob Myers |

Rob- thanks for the message. Considering the overwhelming demand for this stuff (admittedly at the reduced prices) have you given any thought to re-stocking at least some stuff and keeping the store going for a while? Given the current situation, I'd gladly pay full price for some of the things I tried to order. |

Flatheadbill- are you implying that if a few of the people in the 'old school buell' forum who are interested in spending $10 on a buell t shirt were just a little more willing to spend $18k on a modern sportbike, we could've made up the $20million shortcoming caused by Hero?? Rob! Thanks for the message. I think everyone understands the delays and partial orders with everything that's going on. Appreciate you guys giving us one last chance to get some Buell gear. |

Whistler, After you've handled all the orders let everyone know of any final leftovers. Maybe we all can clean out your stock completely. |

Whistler - Rob Myer, I was happy to see EBR Racewear still fulfilling orders after the announcement and ecstatic to see them at half-price. Concerned whether the order was actually processing and pleasantly surprised when I received a partial order. Personally, I was hoping for everything and expected nothing. You all exceeded my expectations and I appreciate what I received along with the letter explaining the situation. Best to you and the company, DAve |

Rob: This is the place to liquidate your remaining stock. Just tell us what you still have and we will buy it all. Perhaps you could start with an e-mail to the holders of refunds on items that went out of stock fast, offering us alternatives. |

Got my package today by surprise! I was waiting for an email to say it was shipped, but my daughter came in with a big red box so I wasn't complaining. I didn't get the two things I really wanted, the hooded sweatshirt with the zipper, or the tshirt with the exploded view of the front wheel and brake rotor. I still got two shirts, a hat and a patch, so they at least had some stuff left. |

I'm bummed... out of 5-6 items ordered all I got was a shirt for the wife. Cool shirt, and she's happy as a clam. Just wish I had ordered sooner or something. On the other hand, I was most interested in making sure EBR got the support they deserve so if it all sold then the goal was achieved. Still bummed though, I ordered some pretty cool shirts LOL |

All orders shipped as of last Monday and all card credits entered as of last Thursday. How long should it take for credits to show up? My account sill doesn't show a credit as of this morning. |

Credit amounts are transferred out of our account as soon as we complete our part of that process. The card company then processes the transaction. I do not know how long it takes them to do that. If you don't see it in a reasonable amount of time contact us and we will double check our end of the transaction. Thanks. Hope it hurries. |
