I, too, was concerned. Ordered on my B-day, the day after the announcement, and hadn't heard a peep. So I called today. They: - still have stuff. and - are filling orders until they run out and are issuing credits for anything that turns out being not available. They told me likely another 1 - 2 weeks for me, so maybe just in time before I ride up to some place called East Troy... Interesting info in that Rat Pak Records link: "NEW ALBUM AND NEW MERCH COMING IN 2015!" I tried the www.EBRnation.com website and it went to www.ebr.com and only showed the AX, errr... I mean, timed out. Sorry for my joke about the AX, but not all hope is lost with EBR Racewear... 1313 | ||

Pfft, ordered almost $500 of stuff (shirts, hats, jacket, etc.) and got 2 hats in return, along with the "we're not restocking anything" letter. Little bit disappointed. Again. | ||

I've only ever seen 1 thing disappear from the site between the time i started looking and finally ordered. That was a removable hood 'hoodie'. It would be good to know but since it takes weeks for orders to process and notices sent it will likely be a long time till the site is adjusted. | ||

Well, my EBR Racewear order is supposed to arrive tomorrow. I'd be a fool to expect to receive everything I ordered. I should look at it as having good taste if others have depleted the stock of anything that I had ordered, the rational side of me says. But at least the refund can be put towards spares for my 1190RX (before the Mad Max days hit)... We'll see just how good my (and others taste) is... 1313 | ||

That stinks to hear that. I've been hoping my package will be there every day when I get home from work, but I've been assuming it'll take a while, and without a tracking number or anything like that I've just been trying to be patient. 1313: how'd you find out your package was due? Did you call to ask on the status, or are they sending tracking numbers once the packages are shipped? | ||

I got an Email from UPS My Choice letting me know that a package from M & M Designs Inc. is scheduled to be delivered tomorrow. Checking that Email I can see that the last update is that it arrived in Greensboro, NC at 11:16 this morning. So there will be no excuse if it doesn't arrive tomorrow! 1313 | ||

Whenever I've ordered from EBR Racewear, I've always been emailed the tracking number. I'm sure with the EBR situation they're feeling a little hung out to dry. They're NOT EBR and are trying to strike while the iron is hot until things get sorted...assuming they do and the brand continues. I've dealt with EBR Racewear for designing and producing the Homecoming t-shirts, and they've been VERY generous, so yes, I have nothing but good things to say about them. I have confidence they're doing what they can and will make things right, despite the disappointments from orders placed for sold out merchandise. I've been lucky (or less main stream) so far. My package is scheduled to arrive tomorrow, a day late due to the nasty weather. | ||

I ordered a jacket the day before the announcement...finally received word yesterday that they don't have it and I should expect a refund in a few weeks...nice that they have already held my money for a month and will likely have it for at least another, I will be filing a fraud inquiry with my CC company. | ||

Do whatever you feel you gotta do, Mike, but it looks to me like there's no fraud, just frustration all around. They got hung out to dry and had no choice but to share the misery. Things they used to be able to order are no longer available to them. The sunglasses are nice. | ||

I got my order today! Ordered: fleece hoodie, EBR mug, 1190RX wireframe T-shirt, key fob. Received: key fob. I guess I should have placed my order before spreading the word on a couple of websites and Facebook about the sale! | ||

I got my order today as well. Received 2 out of 3 items ordered, so I will await my refund as well. At 50% off, I guess nothing lasts too long!  | ||

Surprisingly most of it actually was filled. What does that say about my tastes? Some bummers though, so maybe my taste isn't all that bad, like the 1190RX wireframe shirt (thankfully I had gotten one for Christmas this year, but I wanted a spare for when I wear that one out) and the base performance layer stuff (if I can ever find a replacement for that vintage '97-'98 or so Buell mock turtleneck base shirt, I'll be in heaven...), but overall I'm happy. SOMETHING ALWAYS beats NOTHING! Oh yeah (guaranteed you'll hate me for this) I'm supposed to get another package from M&M designs tomorrow... 1313 P.S. I also checked my CC online and saw some pending credits from EBR Racewear, which truly guarantees that everyone will hate me now... | ||

I ordered a LS Tee and a patch. Got the patch today and a letter telling me I'll get a credit. (I already got a credit once for the other shirt they couldn't sell me) Grateful for that. It's going under the old pegasus on my Joe Rocket Textile I guess | ||

I'm pretty surprised they ran out of stuff so quickly. I'm guessing they didn't maintain a whole lot of stock, or else there are a WHOLE lot more EBR fans than I would have guessed. It would be nice to know what, if anything, is left. BTW- I have not yet received a response from Rat Pack Records regarding EBR merchandise. | ||

When pricing goes to 50% off, you betcha! I would assume inventory levels were based on prior demand. ...and I also got an email confirmation whenever I placed orders. | ||

Well they stopped accepting new orders until they catch up and know what's left. I got my order, sort of. Thought i received everything but the backpack at first. Then i looked at the water bottles. Ugh. They were supposed to be the Pegasus bottle but they sent the Stripe(white). Orders are getting processed guys. | ||

I ordered a weeka after the bankruptcy. Some shirts and a hoodie. After three weeks, I emailed them, only to find out after multiple exchanges that they received my order, then didn't. They seem really disorganized and I have yet to receive a refund, almost a month out now. I do not recommend doing business with them until things are sorted out. | ||

I received my order today-well...about a third of what I ordered & a letter explaining EBR's issues. I'm glad I got something to go with the 1190SX I brought home last Saturday. :-) I never did find a confirmation email from them. DAve | ||

Just an update for anyone who hasn't called yet. I just got off the phone with them, she said they're currently processing/shipping orders about 4 weeks after they've been received, and they'll send an email once it's shipped. I'm at 3 weeks tomorrow, so hopefully mine ships in about a week or so. I agree they're disorganized. The automated message was for some random company, not EBR, so it definitely seems like it's just some outsourced distributing company that sells stuff for all kinds of companies. Some of you guys who got your orders or cancellation notices, can you post up some of the things that weren't shipped? Take away a little bit of the suspense for some of us that are still waiting to see how much of our orders we'll get! | ||

Its too bad all you folks weren't as interested a purchasing a Buell motorcycle as you are concerned about t shirts and keychains. There may not have been another closure. Just my 2 cents. | ||

M&M Designs IS EBR Racewear as I understand it. They do design work approved by EBR and ensure licensing issues, etc. are in line for their gear. But you are correct, they are NOT EBR. When I've worked with them, they've been a stand-up and generous company. They've donated LOTS of money to charity from the Homecoming t-shirt sales the last couple of years. I'd consider the current situation with them an abnormality. But then, maybe that's just me. | ||

Flatheadbill, Original MSRP was out of reach. So I just read reviews and kept an eye out for others enjoying them on the road. Never saw one until after i heard of yet another 15th announcement. I went and looked at them. Nice bikes. The rebated pricing made better sense as a market edge. It was the bike that should have been in 2008. Upthemaiden, Backpacks are gone. |
