Has anyone tried putting the mirrors from an 1125R onto the RX (bolt pattern / angle)? Would clean up the bodywork nicely..! Mike | ||

Firebolt mirrors are the best. Just put a new set($45) from H-D, yesterday on my RS. RS came with the bullshit 1125 mirrors with signals. I rewired the signals to a set of bar-ends from Drag Spec that cost ~$45. I'll get some pics today. Z | ||

I personally love the 1125R/CR mirrors, to the point I got spares to put on my various aircooled Buells. I have no idea if they fit the RX/SX yet, but it will be one of the few things I'd do to mine if I got one. | ||

Zack - Post modified... Don't know about the R mirrors, but the CR mirrors weren't that bad...as I recall, it's been a while ! No worse than any other sport bike mirrors..! Mike | ||

I'd have to side with Froggy on this. I like the OE mirror/turn signals on my 1125CR, and was hoping to put 1125R mirrors on my XT-BOLT. Also, I had initially thought about putting the 1125R mirrors on my 1190RX, but am not sure how much additional weight and vibration the 1190RX front fairing bracket can manage. Now with a virtually unknown supply of replacement parts I'll likely be leaving the 1190RX mirrors on it. I don't understand why people say they suck - but maybe they just have 'bad' ones... 1313 | ||

The problems I had when I used them on my XB was vibration and not much adjustment on the mirror itself | ||
