2008 Buell Firebolt XB12R Condition is 8 out of 10 Mileage is 9,000 moderate to hard miles Located in Clarksburg, WV 26301 $4,200, price is firm, I'll burn this motorcycle before I sell it for a penny less. ALL plastic has been replaced with Carbon Fiber from Americansportbike.com It has a Race ECM, CRG Levers, round bar end mirrors, lightning handlebars, both air scoops. LED brake light and turn signals from American Sport Bike.com. I still have all factory parts. I do ride it often, and it has not been babied, but I completed regular oil changes, and it has fresh Mobil 1 full synthetic, but needs a back tire. There is at least $5,000 extra in the bike. Basically you buy the parts and get a free working motorcycle. Also, I let some numbnuts ride it and he dropped it in an alley resulting in a dent in the header, a scratch on the right side air scoop, and the right front turn signal being broken off. Yes, I have every stock part in perfect shape. The bike was originally bought by a friend's wife, they divorced and he bought it from her. Another good friend then bought it from him, did all the custom work to it, then decided to sell it to me for $5,000 three years ago. I've ridden it as much as I could, then I recently found another cycle I'd like to acquire. | ||

No, I've had it for the last 3 years, never rode it to DC, and I'm 99% sure it's never been there. | ||

Ok, not sure why, but it almost seems like I cannot give this cycle away. I want someone to buy it before I rip it apart and put the engine and trans into a WCC CFL frame, which is what I really want to do. This motorcycle is too nice to do this to it, but if it doesn't sell soon that will be the result. | ||

Yeah you can offer $4199 and I'll suggest you borrow the last dollar so you can buy it. Like I said, I have a WCC CFL frame which is around $4,000 by itself, and I need an engine and trans. The XB has a perfectly good engine and trans, I just hate to tear it down simply for that. If need be, I will, then sell all the Carbon, CRG, Zero Gravity, Race ECM, and everything else on ebay to recoup most of the cash that was spent. It'll just take longer. But I will not sell it for one cent lower than $4200. It's definitely more than a fair price. |
