Cory just called to tell me he will be riding an EBR in 3 race championship series in China. He will be riding for the same team that he rode in the British Superstock series last year. The first race is in March. |

Agreed somewhat, but hoping in the racing world the politics can be put aside for all concerned. When I ride all the political stuff is left at home, even the bike choice politics, and we all enjoy the motorcycle ride as it should be. Hope for the best for Cory and he does well and does EBR proud. Bob (Message edited by Bob_thompson on March 19, 2015) |

Unless you live in a self sustaining farm somewhere with no technology, you are in business with China regardless of if you like it or not. So am I. Parts of Chinese culture and people, and perhaps even their government, are postive. Parts are negative. Parts are downright evil. At the end of the day, constructive engagement is likely to spread the message of freedom effectively, so I'm going with that. |

Sweet! Cory is the man! I'm glad to see his experience and passion landed him the win. He is the best ambassador EBR could have. |

Splitlath The smile says it all, Cory takes his first win at the Pan Delta Series, Zhuhai, China! After an impressive qualifying and a new lap record the reigning champion factory Yamaha team weren't going to let Cory run away with the race. Their young rider overtook Cory in lap 2 but patience and experience paid back, as Cory took back first place within 1 lap. He kept Cory honest for more than half of the race on his factory built R1 (that thing flew). By lap 4 they were catching backmarkers, with a multi class race and 40 bikes on track, it got scary. However Cory showed quick reactions and instincts as he carved through traffic to complete the 10 lap race, 1.6 seconds ahead of the Yamaha. A truly great day for Cory, the Splitlath EBR Team and EBR motorcycles!!! |
