98 Buell S1W, 10800 Miles, Vance and Hines Exhaust, force winder K+N air filter, nuke blue frame/wheels, black body Brought this in Oct 2014. I work at sea and don't have any time to put into it, it doesn't need much but my buddy needs his lockup space back and I have one already so this is great for somebody that wants a pretty original bike to get running. The guy i brought it from shipped it with no keys or paperwork and then fell of the face of the earth so no keys, title or bill of sale. I intended to put a mechanics lien on it and get a title that way but like i said i work offshore and have no where to store it and just don't have the space or time. I can provide details of the registered owner put he's not answering his phone/responding to emails so i think a mechanic/storage lien is the only way to get a title. You could also break it and sell the parts, i dont have time to do this and it would be a shame as its a low milage bike in pretty good original condition. Heading up to Daytona today and will probably trailer bike up there. after that its in Ft Lauderdale I am in the USA on and off until early April, call email anythime 954 701 6477

Pls call if you would like the VIN, i will get it today and will communicate with interested parties to confirm it is not stolen but posting the VIN publicly to a bike I have paid for but not got the title too yet compromises my interests, thx |

Is this the same bike you listed about in January?? http://www.badweatherbikers.com/buell/messages/476 23/754129.html?1418800651 Colorado has some real stupid rules about keeping registrations current. If you do not keep it current they will impose a fine every month that it is not current, this could be an expensive issue! As stated in previous post unless you can get the PO to get the paperwork you are up the creek, & own a parts bike at this point ( From what I hear some states MIGHT issue a title but it can take MANY months to get & they will most probably drive you to the brink of insanity & drain your pockets in the process. Have you ever started the bike since you have no key?? Do you know if it even RUNS? It may could very well be a blown motor, with a pretty dress on it (( Going to be a pretty hard sell |
