In the meantime- I'm on the verge of going ahead and reserving a cabin (if available) at TWoS... according to their website, they go for $55/night, with 2 twin beds, each additional head costs $10 per night. I'll claim a bed, someone else gets the other, then one or two more could do the sleeping bag on the floor thing, dunno if there's a sleepable sofa... given the small size depicted in their pics, I doubt more than 3 could fit! I do snore like a sasquatch, let that be known. C3 will be a great place to shack up, the only thing that appeals to me more about TWoS is simply being there, especially for the campfire shenanigans! I'm hoping to firm up my plans ASAP- whomever might be interested in combining efforts here, PM me ASAP! |

OK, I posted over in the QB about having lodge room #3 at TWoS tentatively reserved- I've not yet given Mary a CC#, hoping to hear from another 2 peeps who'd like to split the cost of that room... There will be one queen bed and two twin beds available in that room, plus use of the common area, kitchenette (limited) and use of the 'fridge. Mary said that room #1 also was still available as of today, also the cabin at the back of the property. I'm hoping to get back with her ASAP, no later than the end of the week is possible. HOLLA! |

Brad, I just posted my days off to the work cal and I am meeting with my customer tomorrow to verify our travel schedule for this year. I will give you an update tomorrow and hopefully confirm. Really looking forward to it. Oh yeah, the RTp has been converted back to a civi model. It only managed to keep the side cases, the authority final drive and computer with switch gear. So, it's 0-60 time is faster and I can run a ton of stuff off the second battery and already have the switches to hook the accessories up to. Take a look.

Slick! That's a great lookin' bike! Still, having the po-po look would be a great thing... once knew a guy who rode a decommissioned KZ po-po bike. He loved it- one day he showed up on a new BMW oilhead, an RS IIRC, a pretty green color- I asked him how he liked it, said the Beemer was great overall, but he missed the way traffic would just part like the red sea whenever he was rolling on the KZ! Looking SOOO forward to March! (Message edited by 86129squids on February 19, 2015) |

Oh- and you should know this- if you take some dental floss on each side of those hideous side fork reflectors, then some rubbing alcohol, you should be approaching "sano". |

Brad, I haven't heard back from my customer on the dates on March, so I am just going to make the executive decision to GO! Put me down for one of the beds in the cabin. I'm looking forward to seeing everyone there. |

Got it, Micah! Let me know if you want to stay through Sunday nite and leave Monday, or just through Sat. and head out Sunday. I'll try to coordinate with Tim, Graham, et al if possible, as they're heading to Nashville- don't know Jeremy's plans yet for sure, other than his latest posts on QB. I am SO ready to roll down the road!!! |

Squids, we are all leaving for Nashville Sunday morning as far as we have planned. Jenn and I will be in the truck hauling the bikes since we will be on the way back home. Graham may ride a bike that way or ride with us if that doesn't pan out. |

Check- a Sunday ride into Nashvegas would be fine too. Do you know where you'll be staying? I've not looked into accommodations yet, but there are plenty around the downtown area... I'll hit Kayak later and see what I find, then report back. |

Pwn, that's a good idea. Once we get an idea of that, we should let TWoS know- Mary said that since we're the first big group of the season, they're gonna go ahead and get the kitchen up and running full steam. If they had a good head count, they could get their ordering done right... |

Well then I'll just ride... I'm off work anyway and I'm going to load up my van on Thursday night... so I'll take advantage of what will hopefully be fair weather and low traffic. |

Oil & primary lube changed 2 weeks ago, fork oil and brake fluid changed and cables lubed last weekend, popped a low beam bulb as I was leaving the driveway yesterday morning so 2 new headlight bulbs installed last night. I think the bike is ready. Looks like I'm in for a long, rainy ride tomorrow, but I'm ready for some N GA twisties! |

Not looking good for us, still having issues with the XR650. And to make matters worse, a cousin of my wife passed away yesterday. Looks like no trip now. |

No one put this up yet. Looks like you guys are going to have a good time.
Here is the caption from the EBR facebook page: We've commandeered the EBR van while Cory's over in China with the Splitlath team to visit some more events! Event coordinator, Mike Powell (center), Hugh Odom (left) and Graham Mansill all the way from Australia at Riders Hill for the March Badness rally for fans of EBR and Buell owners. Great weekend. Great weather Saturday and lots of food, fun and fellowship at the C3 central cabin. Enjoyed staying at the lodge and getting to see some great friends. Thanks to those that set everything up and made it such a great time. |

Mike, don't throw that title out yet. "Event Coordinator" is just the kind of thing to put on a resume to impress folks. Here's a pic of the inside of the van showing the Event Coordinator with the 1190SX (left) and 1190RX (right) ridden by Cory West at the events they've been doing. Oh yea, the guy that was driving the van, who does marketing for EBR and goes with Cory to the track events, said HD was really PO'ed about EBR getting the #1 plate.
Here's a pic of the bikes outside TWoS on Saturday morning. The weather Saturday was good enough to make up for the 600 miles of rain I rode in (300 miles up, 300 miles back) on Thursday and Sunday!

Oh yea, Rider's Hill has an impressive number of EBR's in stock; 6 in the showroom and a red RX demo bike outside:
