I don't really understand the concept of a hidden rear brake. What would I be hiding it from? I know it is an aesthetics thing, but what are you gaining by hiding it, I mean it's still there, right? But, that just me... |

It's a upgrade for the oem stock rear brake. I agree about the hiding part. That came from the buell xb where it's complete hidden. We can indeed thing of a better description. All advice is welcome. |

its easier to hid the caliper behind an aluminum swingarm - the steel swingarm is to thin. It more of upgrading to the brembo twin piston. |

Purpony, what brake did you use? I saw it done on the xb swingarms with a brembo. But never saw it on an x1 type SA. |

rotor is a stock XB, caliper is a twin piston brembo same as the XB hidden mount uses. Check your PM |
