I know someone with a couple of them, not saying who it is though. I also know where I can get one for an EXTREMELY low price, it's new on a showroom floor, I just don't have the cash to get it after buying my RX, a new truck and an M2 Cyclone this year. | ||

Seriously though, I overheard at least one EBR rep at AIMExpo last year (2013) mentioning that he had a CF 1190RS. That would be one helluva hiring bonus... Personally I think most are probably mothballed in private collections. There I go thinking again... 1313 | ||

Cool . . now we know who the first NRHS customer was. :-) You are going to love it . . . the 1190RS is one of the bikes, in my mind, that you could own and park in the living room as pure art. You will discover that the more you look at it the more you'll appreciate the workmanship and thought that went into it. Congrats ! | ||

Yeah, I feel like I've got a Porsche 959 or a 429 Cobra right now. I took a 20 minute ride today. nice and slow. I saw 90 mph in 3rd and mellowed. cops. This must be a race bike.. very stiff. rattled my fillings. Very rough in town, smoooooothed out when I hit the open spaces and accelerated to 65-70 in 5th. Seemed to be one gear lower than when on Loretta. Now I HAVE to go to High Plains for a trackway. That's all for now Z BTW, NRHS' first customer was either Bubba Rocco(our LSR partner) or the Ronin guys. The Ronin group bought an 1190 to run in this year's Pikes Peak Challenge. Ronin bought an 1190RX and so did Bubba, both Yellow. As we were unloading the Ronin bike, I said - "the next one's mine" I really was joking but it turned into reality. This RS is the most beautiful bike I've ever seen, Loretta is very jealous (Message edited by zac4mac on March 06, 2015) | ||

I do have a question for y'all. Did your owners manual on CD come on a CD-RW disk? So far, neither XP or OS X(Mac) see anything on the disk... And, is there anything useful on the CD from AIM(IC display)? Sure looks like logging/tuning software. Z | ||

Yes, CDRW and runs on Windows system. Didn't get the AIM disc but second owner. | ||

I got the owners manual on CD, but that's it. Did others get additional discs? | ||

The AIM display has no logging features other than storing lap times if you have their infrared sensor plugged into it and have a beacon. Other than that, just hit the menu button and start scrolling through stuff. Diagnostic mode shows and clears error codes. Pretty straight forward. (Message edited by rodrob on March 09, 2015) | ||

Congrats Zac ... the 1190RS is an amazing machine .. as you you know ... and certainly not just to look at .. Yes the suspension needs adjustment .. as i too found her quite firm when the recommended settings were done .. a few tweaks and getting used to it made a world of differerce. There are 5 x EBR 1190 RS in Australia .. so getting together with the bikes is rare .. as they are all in different states .. The aussie flag one in the pic above is an amazing paint job ... And dean posted a pic of mine infront of Gasolina Garage. Heres another pic @ one of our track days  | ||
