Not mine but figured someone might be interested, I'm very tempted to go get it myself. Someone needs to go buy it before it gets torn apart, looks super clean http://littlerock.craigslist.org/mcy/4806133672.ht ml |

So the title is signed in wrong spot ,and that can not be undone!? sounds a bit strange! |

most of the states I've lived in will invalidate a title if it is signed in the wrong place, some titles even state this in writing on the back, it then takes the original owner to request a duplicate title to complete the process..and sometimes the original owner is not interested in helping..... |

Jolly is right. I have already checked on this bike and its been for sale for a long time. The title is junk unfortunately but with a little time and some "paperwork and pen" it can be undone. |

Btw, please tell me he knew exactly what he had and that it wasn't an S1W...or if it was at least lie to me |

Silver heads clearly mean that it's not an S1W. I do know someone in my area that did score an actual S1W a few years back for $1,000. It wasn't in anywhere as nice condition, but it was an original S1W. This - even for a standard S1 - was a STEAL! 1313 |

How many Buells can you own before you're classified as a hoarder? |

I'm ok without the W for that price. 13000 miles ish, and I'm not sure if it's a good or bad thing that it's got a ss super G on it but (is that to much carb for a stock motor?)I'll take it. Oh and Chris I'm going to throw your comment right back at you but add my missing W! So there- your a hoarder with a capital W! I think part of the definition is not having enough space for all your bikes and having to worry about the neighbors smelling gas! |

I'm not sure how many . . . . but 17 at least puts you up for consideration. :-) |

Ok good! Court has spoken and the classification is set 17=Hoarder. That means I have a long way to go! |

Thanks many diffrent ways Court. A.Those pictures are gorgeous, really neat to see B. As long as I don't count projects and parts I'm not even in the double digits yet! So instead of having to do a thirty day inpatient treatment program with Chris on Easter island (no Buells within 1200 miles), I can continue to plan a swap meet at his place. C. I'm not sure if it's a sign of a problem but I just drove 100 miles to pickup you book from a HD comptroller, and had to pull over to leaf through it (just a little bit). I read about choke levers, and had to stop my self from paging through the whole thing! I'm gonna go home sit in a corner all alone and just stare at it for hours and hours on end, but that does not mean I have a problem cuz even if you count off brands I'm only at ... well NOT 17!! Hahahahaha . . . . if you bought the book from an HD employee they may have tinkled in it. :-) I suspect that the Forward to any next book would start with the letter from HD laying out the points of what we could and could not write. Apparently they needed to be reminded that we didn't work for them and could write about anything we wanted . . . . But . . .I thought anyone foolish enough to put that in writing deserved not to be piled upon. We'd sent them a galley as a courtesy and got this letter back that assumed it was "their book". It was a fun project and the other day, whilst carting boxes, Chris and I found the case with the original manuscript, all the handwritten notes, my original contact with the 3 publishers and my notes to Dave . . . Enjoy sitting in the corner and make sure you have plenty of light . . . the words are fun, but Dave's photos are pure art! |

I talked to the guy last night and yes the bike is still available. But he has now misplaced the title all together. Kicker is its only about a 45 min drive south to go get it. So tempting!!!! |
