You fellas loose track of the site that Alison, an imported model from Great Britain, was the organizer of one of the first, after HD came into the picture . . Buell Owners Clubs. In addition, Kathleen has been riding Buells, participating on Badweb and teaching advanced motorcycling skills for as long as I can recall. I recall another female rider . . . now married to our own Ferris Bueller . . . who surprised many folks when removing her helmet and who had the skills to ride comfortably in any group of sportbike riders. Like flying fighters . . . I'm not sure there are any very good reasons why women can't operate a motorcycle with the very same skills as males. And bonus . . . they tend to make far fewer stupid decisions. I should have came back here earlier to see the tread! you guys crack me up and thanks Court!!! I've had a tough summer this past year. I was hit by a car riding a bicycle. I just got the metal removed from my right wrist. I defiantly need to sell the ULY. AND THAT'S RIGHT I will always have ties to Buells and on here I am a Buell Girl!! | ||

I still have my X1M I showed it off to the buyer he was like I want one! I told him NO!!! I need to find the gas cap fix for it or by a keyless gas cap and get a battery then I'll be riding again this year | ||

Thanks I had so much fun on it. Yes I got what I asked for it. I'm a little sad though. so many miles traveled on the bike, training done on it commuting etc. It was an awesome bike! | ||

Thanks Court for the compliment I am so glad I met you and Dave when I had the chance up in NJ. I have a lot of riding to do to make up from last year! Rwven I had no idea how hard it was to sell a ULY until now because it takes a special person to ride one, tall and confident in motoring! I like the guy who bought mine he is going to commute a lot on it his name is Jeff I told him about this site. I had several guys with very low offers and I told them if I don't sell it now the price goes up in the spring like $700.00 with inspection cert. Their choice. |
