Does any one have any idea what the quickest Buell is on a 1/4 mile, and their time. I am referring to a real Buell motor either in a drag frame or a modified stock frame. I am not referring to a S&S 160" billet motor in a Kosman frame with buell body work a la NHRA pro stock bike. I am also really curious what is the quickest 1125. |

Back in the day Just Harleys ran their stock displacement road legal X1 with no wheelie bars and on street tyres in the low 10's. At one time they held the record for fastest street Buell in the world at 10.40 I know at sometime later they were breaking into the 9's with the same bike but believe they'd up the capacity to 1440cc (88ci). I would like to say we don't have down hill tracks, but I have been to Boise Idaho and it is downhill. |

It's standard banter over here when ever we converse with racers from the USA. Every video you see makes the track look downhill. Where as we only have two -good- tracks and they are both up hill lol |
