Hello, I have a 2009 Blast and this is my first bike. I've owned it for about a month or so. A couple nights ago I rode down it about 4 miles to Walmart and on the way back I took the interstate and got it up to 70 for the first time. As I take the exit ramp I pull in the clutch and the bike died. It took a few tries but it finally started. It did this several more times before I had to push it the rest of the way. The battery ended up dying so I got a charge on it to try and start the bike again but nothing is firing. I checked the heat sensor by the rear brake lever(as someone suggested) as well as the intake boot. Thoughts? |

This may seem so obvious that it's offensive, but I don't mean it to be... Did you make sure that there is still gas in the tank? |

Is it only when you pull in the clutch? It may be a diode going bad or the clutch switch. Unfortunately I only have M2 manuals and not a Blast. We may need more info. |
