I have a lot of spare saddlebag parts that I won't be needing; when I get home I'll itemize them up to make sure I have all the pieces, but I should have nearly a full set of latches, hinges, locks and keys.

I will update below what I find and decide for the hardware.

Locks (4, all keyed the same) and keys (2) will be $85 shipped.

Ignition with keys (2) $25 shipped.

left narrow lid includes it's mounted hardware (hinge halves and locking rings) $45 shipped.

Are those for S2 bags or S3 style bags? first dibs on the locks if for S3 style bags.
