Cant wait to meet you guys and hit some nice WV roads. I have been needing to hit the road for a few days...This will be just what the doctor ordered..My GF gets off work in PGH at 5 on friday so i see us getting there 9-10ish. Should be fun setting up a new tent for the first time in the dark  The weather is looking to be Awesome as well. If theres anything i can do or bring feel free to say something. Any idea how many Buells will be showing? | ||

I did a count last night. Between Badweb and Facebook, It looks like we will be in the mid 30's as far as people go. How many Buells? Hard to say..... I hope a EBR or two show up! | ||

Wolfridgerider, Just pm'ed you. I am considering riding the Uly from Martinsburg WV, about 250 miles so a nice ride. But as a fatass I use a BiPap to breath when I sleep so I need AC power. Are the campsites set up for AC? I see the camp ground has some but not sure about the hill your on. Wife has given me a go. What do I NEED besides a bed roll money and gas? Thanks Todd | ||

Wolfridgerider, I really do not like the PM system here. I received nothing from you. But from your reply I take it power is available. How long of extension cord would I need to get inside a tent for my machine? I have all the camping gear a man could want but it has been a few years since I used any of it. Wasn't sure if most folks were eating on site or if they were planning on riding the hills all day and eating on the road. | ||

it sounds like this campground is going to be noisy....between the cooling fans and cpap machines there will be no peace lol  My plans have changed...again. My GF now says she is not coming....which is good....because that means i can leave thursday after work....and Bad....because that means i will not be breaking in my new tent in the fashion i had planned  | ||

Thursday night, early bird fire and drinks. The plan for Friday evening after eating is probably heading back to the campground for a cold one by the fire. 25 to 50 foot cord should do ya Afsoc. Saturday. Get up and ride to Cairo for breakfast. Street tires take one route. Dirty tires can take another. From there its ride all day. Eat lunch where ever. Saturday night meal. We may raid one of the local eateries. Saturday night. Fire. Drinks. Tall tales. Sunday... get up, ride to Cairo for breakfast and pack up} | ||

OK, I am a go.... For anyone that cares to tag along I am heading out of Martinsburg WV down 81 to Winchester then heading west on 50... I plan on rolling Friday morning since I won't get home from work till 1 am. Leaving before lunch so I can enjoy the ride and get there by dinner. It is a beautiful road and may be about 45 minutes longer then heading north and running 68 but if I am going to ride I would like to wear the sides of the damn tires for a change. Also looks like the weather is turning to crap Sunday morning... Rain.. so bring the wet weather gear... | ||

Right now, it's pissing rain heavily here, but I could ride out of in a couple of hours, and the weather radar looks like it's going to be nearly perfect for the rest of the ride. Once again, I'm going to have to miss the rally. I sincerely hope you all have a magnificent time and I hope that I can make it for next year. Sometimes it really is hard to do the right thing when your heart wants to do something else. | ||

Wolf, what if I come in on 31 from 50, what are the directions to the camp site from there? I'm shooting for late Thursday night. Heading down after work at 7pm. Shelter #3. I'll try to find a map to post. Thump. If I was coming in late on Thursday, I would just take route 50 to 16. 31 is crooked as a dogs hind leg and deer infested in the evening. But! if that's the way you want to roll. Take 31 and just past Cairo you will turn left at the "North Bend State park" sign. You will go about 3 or 4 miles I think and come to a 4 way stop. Make a right and go another couple of miles and we will be on the hill to your left. | ||

lewis center to be exact is where we're leaving from 9am Friday morn. from there over to zanesville then down to mcconnels ville. then back east through some really nice se ohio twisties and on down into w.v. we have everything from a wee-strom to an electraglide going. with a few buells in the mix as well. so choose your own pace through the twisties, we wait up at road changes. or you can wait up for us if yer faster  | ||

Sadly no. There was some pretty unsafe stuff done by the previous owner, so I'm in the process of redoing all of it so I don't die. I'll probably be mounting it to the DR650 for winter fun. | ||
