Lets start by saying there is little to no chance that I'll part with this bike any time too soon. But with my current work schedule and commute, I don't see myself riding it much in the near future. As you can tell by the pictures, this bike is loaded with all the goodies. Crossroads Bars (powdercoated white) Banke frame brace (powdercoated white) Storz steering damper RARE Daytona BOSS 2.5" exhaust (not pictured) Buell Pro Series Grips Crane single fire ignition Buell Pro Series Plug Wires Buell Pro Series Race Fork Springs EBC front brake rotor Cylinders bored .1 over at Appleton H-D New pistons and rings (less than 3k miles) New valves and seats (done at Hoban Bros) Barnett stainless steel clutch cable (not pictured) Rear pulley was put on a diet to lose a few pounds and then powdercoated white (not pictured) The paint is FLAWLESS! The tank was sealed and repainted at a local shop. There isn't even a scratch on the tailsection. And the frame was media blasted and re-powdercoated. So....if I WAS going to put it on the market, what would be a fair and reasonable price? |

I just bought an s1w with similar mods and 7k miles for 3700 although yours is a little bit cleaner. In my opinion these bikes are still a great bargain and not really worth selling |

Unfortunately no matter what you have done to the bike to improve it at the end of the day its still a 1998 S1W and the market does not recognize it's value beyond that... So, think of it this way before you decide to sell; Its better to have it when you want it than to not have it when you need it! I don't get near the seat time I would like, but I still need to ride. It would break my heart not to see my Buell's in my garage every day when I get home, patiently waiting for me to give them the chance to run free from time to time. |

You didn't mention the mileage but assuming it's got <10K miles, in great running order and IF I were in the market for one, I'd easily pay $4,000 to take it off your hands. |
