I saw this story this AM and remembered the guy used to be with Buell. I wonder if he'll show up at EBR shortly? http://www.powersportsbusiness.com/top-stories/201 4/06/24/heichelbech-out-as-triumph-north-america-c eo/ |

selected Triumph dealers are rejoicing, saying he repeatedly rammed unwanted product down their throats doesn't that sound like his previous employer's Milwaukee Method? |

I'd be very curious to read Court's take on the guy. |

I wouldn't be surprised to see him back at EBR in the immediate future. EBR marketing sucks IMO. |

EBR seems to be doing fairly minimal marketing so far: website, occasional Facebook posts, the race teams, and providing bikes to magazines for tests. I haven't seen any EBR print or TV advertising whatsoever. Has anyone seen any? |

I haven't seen any EBR print or TV advertising whatsoever. Has anyone seen any? EBR ads have been in every RoadRacing World magazine for the past couple of years. The 1190RS in 2012 and 2013, and then in 2014 the 1190RX. Also saw the 1190RX ad in Next Moto Champion - at least the issue with the Erik Buell interview that I picked up at the races at Elkhart Lake. I'd gladly be proven wrong, but I suspect they're a ways away from TV spots... 1313 |

I haven't picked up a copy of RRW in a while, so I missed the RX ads. I'm kind of surprised I haven't seen them in Cycle World. |

EBR seems to be doing fairly minimal marketing so far: website, occasional Facebook posts, the race teams, and providing bikes to magazines for tests. EBR TWEETS daily. Most of what I have seen is on Facebook and RRW. I agree their marketing could be much much better. I suspect once Hero products come on board we will see a more traditonal full court press. |

Guess I need to start paying more attention to Twitter. BTW- they posted "official" specs and 30 photos of the 1190SX to their Facebook page about an hour ago. |

Not an ad per se, but there is a nice yellow RX center page on Cycle World's August coverage on the Quail Motorcycle Gathering. |

Pretty cool spot for the yellow bike, huh? People would come up to ASBN and ask if the new EBR / Buell was there. All we had to do was say, look over there, see the yellow bike? There it is.......more buell comments than ever before at Quail. |
