Love the 1125cr but been riding my XBs while I was working on the electric and realized how much I need the 1125cr high bar kit because my wrists just can't take the clubman. I guess at 49 yrs old I am too old to rock and roll. So I am looking to either buy a high bar kit or trade for the clubman set up. If your significantly younger than me I can will you the high bar set up so, lets say I die at 90 in 2054 and you are now say 30 you will be 70 and needing the high bars then, get it?

PM me if your looking to sell or trade.

Just go faster - the wind on your chest will help hold you up. That's what I do, and I LOVE my clubmans : )

My reality, in my daily traffic jam, can't go faster. Seeing no takers I have ordered the high bar kit.

But thanks for your input.

No problem, it was semi-tongue-in-cheek. I'm lucky to live in the sticks. My driving record...not so lucky, but my enjoyment level is off the charts! : )

Watch your cable/line routing, I'm sure you've seen (or can search to find) the threads on here about binding throttle cables...

The clubmans were great for the backroads which there are many were I live but not on my way to my current job. I couldn't lay on the tank even on open highway, my size puts my face in a crazy position. I did the swap this weekend. The bike now feels much like my XB9s on the handlings. Which I like. Its just easier to move round the bike without getting in my own way. I'll bet I'm quicker hanging off. Maybe the clubmans should say they are not for those 6+ footers. After pulling the brake and clutch I ran the throttle cables and had no binding issues. I will keep the clubmans maybe if I get a new job my commute will change for the better.
