So i came across this rather clean looking x1 for sale by me. Just wondering what you guys think about it. Looks like it has a carbon ham can upgraded rear shock. It looks very clean and well taken care of. Is 37,000 miles alot tho? I know if it is taken care of then these bikes have alot left in them. I already have my x1 and love it. Might try and convince my father to pic this one up. what do you guys think? http://newjersey.craigslist.org/mcy/4495455770.htm l |

killer deal. Looks like a lot of life left in that bike. Buy it so you and your dad can look like an American flag rolling down the road. Racing red stripe is cool |

Buy it NOW... I'm close enough to take run down there to look at it..And if I travel the distance (less than 200 miles), I'm coming home with it. Save me a fight with my wife |

Thanks Dueller, Yes It's my first. I wanted to buy a sportster but I also wanted a little more power and handling. I never wanted a "sport bike" but I kinda always wanted a Buell. |

Congrats on the Racing stripe X1! It is a documented fact that Red and White is the fastest color combination. |

Thanks Lynrd, I hope the cops don;t still think that.. When I was a kid I had a 65 Mustang it was red with a black strip.. I think I got pulled over biweekly with that car.. It was only a straight 6 |

"Red is for girls. Blue is for boys" Yeah, but only if you have red with white. That would make pink.... Oh wait! |

I just picked her up tonight... what a bike! I did find a few issues I'm going to ;look into though. Front right fork seal, going to need a front tire soon, and when I got home with her I had some oil right around my rear master.. I don't think any of it's going to be a big deal but it's gotta get done. Overall I really like it.. BTW the gas cap states it's 049 of 800. and if anyone has a good idea for horn relocation and a location for a HID ballast I would appreciate it.. I took some pics I'll post them as soon as I get them out of my camera. Oh. also.. If anyone knows Green pond rd I took that way home.. When I'm on my Vulcan I need to slow down on the twisties a little. With the Buell I was at 45/60 the whole way and it wanted more But someone was following me back and the bikes not legal yet..so.. |

Sounds like a plan Mike. The buell should be ready in about a week or two tops.. I'm a FL resident so I need to tittle it via snail mail. |
