Hey Marc rubbing it in how good your bike looks is getting old. Lol. Share the wealth and start mass producing some of this stuff. |

I realize he made them...wanted to know where the material came from supplier and hose dimensions. |

Joe- The hose and fittings are all Fragola Performance. I bought it all through summit racing, however, Fragola Performance is located about 30 mins from me in CT. The hose size is -6an. I was looking at Aeroflow from Australia but the shipping was pretty high and couldn't find a US supplier. http://www.aeroflowperformance.com/ |

Belt guard is supremely professional, as always. And I love that oil pressure gage setup! Brilliant solution to mount it on the engine like that and avoid the issues with a flexing pressure line routed up to the bars. Plus it just looks really cool too. The only thing it needs to be perfect is an oil pressure gage with a lower total pressure range. Otherwise it'll always appear to read low with a standard 0-80 psig range. I think the Harley oil gages typically run 0-30 psig or 0-40 psig or something like that. Your X1 is beyond a doubt the baddest, cleanest and most tasteful X1 I've seen anywhere on the internets (much less in real life). |

Much appreciated Sean and all- I just like to tinker, design, and make stuff and my buell is something i enjoy very much and the perfect platform. I had this gauge left over from my mustang build. Just looked at the autometer website and they off it in a 0-15, 0-60, and 0-100.... not sure who else makes a 1.5" gauge like this. Ill have to look around. My summit order just came in so I can finish plumbing it up this weekend. |
