Finally got to do the first ride today I did 85 miles nonstop no monkey butt like the old X1.. Whats not to like. The ULY is a wonderful bike so far.. I know the bad moment is still in the loop..but until then all is good..we will now have 7 days of non stop rain.. |

I find my X1 to be very comfortable. One day we logged over 300 miles 2 up. |

Never ridden an X1, but it certainly appears to have a cushy, lounge chair-like seat on it. Especially compared to my S1. |

The Ulysses (2006 high seat)is the most comfortable motorcycle I have ever been on. Biggest tour to date: 4,689 miles. |

The X1 is narrow in comparison to the Uly and you lean forward a bit. Mine is very comfortable and very different from the Uly. We rode 2 up to Hyder Ak last year on the Uly and it was awesome. There were times when I would have liked better wind protection and highway pegs but overall it was great. |
