Anybody ever stubbied there exhaust? I have a Jardine and have been thinking about doing it while Im saving for my keda. Any write ups?

A guy here, going to school in MO, a veteran, did just that on his stock muffler.

When I saw those on David's bike when he came by the other day I was pretty jealous. I've got an RT-3 in raw which will eventually live behind a set of Flexi-glass fairings, so coating won't matter, but they do look nice in black.

If you're talking about just cutting the Jardine. It's basically the same process as if you were going to put new stuffing in it. Drill out the rivets and pull the end cap off, then cut it to length, re-stuff and rivet closed.

I cut several exhaust cans before(Two Brothers, Jardine, Leo Vince) all with a dremel tool. I have a air cutter now that would do the job a lot better.

This is during/after my ~1,100 mile ride in central California. Keda RT-3 recommended 100%!!!
