So I changed my front end to a firebolt, added different mirrors and led front signals. What signals work that will give the correct flash rate? I have an aftermarket combo signal tail light that's led |

You can either fit a couple of resistors behind each front indicator (probably easier than doing it on the combined tail light/rear signals) like these: http://www.twinshack.co.uk/Oberon-resistors-for-LE D-indicators and continue to use the stock flasher relay, or you can find a new flasher relay that covers LED indicators with a lower power rating than stock. Hella offer flasher relays that cover anything from 10-100 watts like this one: http://www.twinshack.co.uk/Hella-Universal-Flasher -Relay-10-200W Either way should sort your problem out. |

Matt the stock 1125 platform has the flasher integrated into the Instrument cluster if you have an after market IC then you need an external flasher... |

I didn't know that (not being an 1125 owner), In that case you may just have to go down the resistor route if you can't bypass or remove the stock relay |

Shawns, a resistor in the 20-50 ohm range at 5 watts or better the resistor will get hot if too small, the blink rate will return to normal in that range, the cluster is looking for current in the 250 ma range I think. |

So something along this line should work? http://www.ebay.com/itm/LOT-OF-4-NEW-OHMITE-B20J50 R-RESISTORS-20W-50-OHMS-VIT-5-/360845667414?pt=LH_ DefaultDomain_0&hash=item540413ec56 |
