Are you looking for the stick type that stick out similar to the stock type? I bought my bike with 3 holes drilled in each tail section through which 3 leds were glued. The only prob is if the leds go its a pita to get them out. I wound up using hot glue to hold them in. Will post a pic in a moment. |

Xblights are awesome!! And way brighter than anything else, but a little pricey Or You can replace the red lens on the brake light with a clear one, a red brake bulb (so your brake light is still red) and then stuff some amber bulbs in with the brake light housing and achieve the same slim-profile. It'll be inexpensive, but it won't be as bright. Or you can make your own led board if you are handy with a soldering iron. Or I've seen some led turnsignals in a metal-construction body and those would be what I'd reccomend if you have to have stalked turnsignals for legal requirements. |

Technically, anything that doesn't have DOT stamped in them is illegal in the USA. I bought some nice metal bullet shaped signals for my machine, took some adapting but they work well. No they are not legal. Yes they are crazy bright. Yes they did require an LED compatible blinker which I bought from American Sport Bike, but you can probably get it at most atuo parts places too. |
