Tires - worn out

Uly-a fied with windscreen and plastic
Have original CityX stuff
Basically stock
Bar ends
Drop pegs
It's dirty now
It has sat for about a year while the wife fought leukemia. It does not run now. It turns over and tries to run when spraying starting fluid in the TB.
