Hi Buellers, Does anyone know the part number for the rear pad retainer for a 1999 m2? I bought one for a cbr 600 Honda it fits but has 2 raised sections so the buell pads don't fit. craig |

Two pieces, right? In the X1 service manual it's called the "pin plug and pad hanger (metric)". Can't get much easier than this, American Sport Bike web site: http://americansportbike.com/newdir/Item/17499 (Message edited by jayvee on March 17, 2014) |

Thanks Jayvee but it is the plate that the pads actually sit on the opposite end to the pin. craig |

Hi Pash that is the part I'm looking for, in my 1999 m2 Parts Manual this part is not mentioned. What year/Model is this diagram from? Thanks Craig |

Try this link. I have no idea if XB rear brake parts fit, though. |

Yes they do, they are the same caliper body... http://www.twinmotorcgycles.nl/webshop/artikel.asp?guid=YXHFSC&aid=3701 Cost in the US of A will be significantly less than we pay in Europe. (Message edited by pash on March 18, 2014) |
