2nd owner, low miles. 65t vortex sprocket, hohey dual caliper bracket, rearsets, and upper triple. Impactech cage, OMR subframe cage. Magura handbrake master with nissin 4 piston caliper. Frame is cracked at the upper motor mount, front rim is warped slightly. No gauge cluster. Runs like a top, and comes with a mess of spare parts. This bike also has a clean Florida title. I bought it to stunt, but have had second thoughts due to my family's growing dependence upon my good health. Will trade for a boat, woods toy, or ???. partial trades considered as well. Thanks! Matt 205-908-3582 I work night shift so call after 1pm CST. PLEASE

I had to double check the title of this Forum - BUELL motorcycles for sale. I'm sure you're a great guy, but you should have posted this in the "Busted ass and ritually abused Jap bikes for sale" section. I'd hate to see this forum become Auto Trader for everything generally 2 wheels, ATVs, whatever...It's a BUELL forum. Good luck with your sale , anyway. I don't know the Florida bike market but in California that one would go for about $1220 a ton - but you need to have a full ton. |

In what universe is a busted up , bent , dented, cracked frame bike with missing parts a 6/10?????? looks like a 1/100 to me. |

Hey there guys! Thanks for the wonderful words of positivity! I posted it here because there is the off chance that there is a Buell rider looking to stunt ride. Additionally, there may be someone with a bike looking to trade into the stunting scene. So if I can put another Buell in my garage, I will. I have had 6 over the years, and have been a lurker/poster here since 2002 (lurked under a different user name until 2006). I'm sure you guys don't know much about stunt riding, so let me fill you in. Stunt riding involves crashing a bike hundreds of times for the sake of glory that mostly only the rider will see or feel. Those hundreds of crashes do result in busted "Jap" (is that racist?) bikes. That being said, this bike runs perfectly, and within the stunt category, would quantify as a 6/10. I just have to thank you again for being so nice and generous in response to a for sale ad in which you have no interest. Your misspellings, bad spacing, grammatical anomalies, and especially your negativity really show what type of nice people you are. Let me know when you guys post anything up for sale, so that I may return the favor. (Message edited by malott442 on February 12, 2014) |

I thought I would copy and paste the private message that mallott sent me in reply to my post so all can see what type of person he is. "In what universe does your response become considered constructive? Go f**K yourself. In the a$$. Hard." LMAO Shagg |

I thought I would send a private message to avoid putting inappropriate language into a public forum. I also thought you would be able to post something without misspelling it. Even with my name in reference right in front of you, you still got it wrong. I stand by my word, and suggest you buy a tool to complete my recommendation via private message. May I suggest the item above? And honestly, you have also shown what type of person you are. Trolling a classified ad that you have no interest in is tasteless and hostile. If you had a problem with what you saw, you could have contacted a moderator or myself via PM. I have never seen anyone come on this forum and bash something that is up for sale. We tend to run a much slower and more RESPECTFUL pace. What you did was uncalled for. (Message edited by malott442 on February 12, 2014) |

This same thing happened with a V-rod a few months ago. Buells stunt just as well as any other bike, in fact know several People that stunt them. There's nothing special about a stunt bike & you won't get people who own Buells into stunting. The people that buy Buells, for the most part, don't give a rats a$$ about stunting. Don't make a post specifically for another makers bike, just make a comment somewhere on your other threads, ABOUT BUELLS, that you also have "blah blah blah to sell if someone's interested" There's no need to get all-outta-Whack about this. Everyone has right to post whatever. Someone please just delete the thread. |

@ Jrobey, at least you posted a constructive criticism. I see your point, but have to point out a discrepancy. "Everyone has right to post whatever. Someone please just delete the thread." So I don't have the right to post an ad with a non-Buell looking for a Buell or other? And on the same breath, it's okay to disrespect others in a sale forum for no other reason than for personal pleasure? Okay..... All but one of my Buell riding friends stunt or have stunted. We must be the remainder of the most part then. |

"Just cause we have a right, doesn't mean we're right..." don't see "looking for a Buell" or "want to trade for a Buell" ANYWHERE in your comments or title. So yes, it should be deleted. |

Tried to modify OP, too old. I left the "???" there for a catch all. Buell owners own other bikes too, among crazy things like guns, houses, boats, and even cars! Consider this my notification. Will trade specifically and possibly ambiguously for a Buell bike or project, running, dented, scratched, or a pile of 1200/ton crap. Is that good enough? While this is a Buell classifieds, non-Buell bikes are welcome to be sold on here too by our members. This isn't the first time and won't be the last time. Matt, if you say the magic word I'll gladly remove all the bullshit posts, I just want your confirmation to do it. |

/me prods dead horse. I would like to make a public apology to the original poster. While I don't think advertising that particular bike on this forum is going to have the desired effect of selling it, I was out of line in speculating on the value, condition, and everything else in a sale that I have no interest in. I can only blame a bad attitude brought on by an early morning combined with no coffee and a generally sh!ttee disposition. As I said before - good luck with your sale. |

Froggy, it's all good. I was going to let the ad drop on out of sight, as I'm sure it will. Lynard, apology accepted. I have the same disposition conviction People can say what they want about this bike, but it is a tank, and has a great purpose to the right person. That person used to be me, but now I have a baby due on the 26th. With 2 mortgages, a wife who is going to stay home, and a job that requires me not having broken appendages, I have to hang up my helmet for a while (stunt riding, will still street ride!). I'm hoping after my wife gets her HR degree, I'll be able to afford an 1190RX. Or the AX when it gets here. For now it's just the BMW and the Harley. BTW Jimi James, you're a little late to the trash talking party. But nice try (cough, cough). |

PM sent Jimi. There's no need or calling to go onto someone else's sale thread for the specific purpose of trashing it. It's disrespectful and tasteless. I really must ask that you stop. (Message edited by malott442 on February 14, 2014) |

You seriously need to lighten up. No seriously this crying isn't working on selling your bike. You should be thanking people for responding on the bike because this draws attention and it moves the listing thread to the top. You have received a private message from the following discussion board user: Malott442 -------------------------------------------------- --------- Are you done posting absolutely irrelevant information yet? Have some tact. Or better yet, have some respect. I don't know if you've noticed, but this is not the "Jo Momma" section of advrider. Quit trying to be a cyberbully. It's not working, and you're making yourself out to be an ass. BTW I sold an S1W here a few years ago, it was a hoot to ride. In my opinion, the X1 would be a better choice for a rider, because of the slightly better saddle and fuel injection upgrade. Good luck in your search. |

It sold a little while back, but didn't update since I didn't want to be showered by the negativity of a few. I sold the Hohey parts for 600, and the bike for 1400. All money to go towards a commuter car or buell. |
