OUT OF NAGGING CURIOSITY....DID THE "02", X1 & M2 COME W/THUNDERSTORM HEADS. IF SO WHAT WOULD BE THE OBVIOUS VISIBLE EXTERNAL DIFFERENCE, & WHAT IS THE INTERNAL DIFFERENCE,OPPOSED TO STANDARD XL EVOLUTION HEADS ?

From what I hear yes, and they'd be black. Not sure about the internals.

I'm fairly sure 99-02 M2's had the thunderstorm heads (black). 99-00 I believe had silver jugs and 01-02 had black jugs (cylinders).

all 1999-2002 tube frame Buells whether an M2, X1 or S3 all came with thunderstorm heads
