Hi Buellparts net are they a serious company ?
they send me wrong parts , not the parts on the invoice and now they do not respond to my mail

i got e mail they send the part to me
was wondering when i not hear anything for several days

I have never dealt with them personally, but there has to be a reason they mixed something up.

No experience with Buell Parts, anytime I need parts, I e-mail Al at American Sport Bike.

Here in Sweden its not many 1125, dealers do not know anything about them very long delivery time for parts . I must order parts from internet , i think my local dealer sold 1 1125r

I'm not sure what BuellParts did, but it may not have been their fault I've bought stuff from my local dealer that was labeled wrong from the factory. For example, I bought a belt for a Blast, I had the right part number, the box had the right part number, but when I opened it, the belt was for a Harley and would not fit.

Either way I am glad they straightened out the issue. Like Zac said, I recommend American Sport Bike, the parts and service from them can't be beat.

My son-in-law has ordered used parts from them for repairing his crashed XB previously and has gotten decent service. I think they're OK.

Hi again i became frustrated when they dont answer in several days ,

It was not wrong label it was totally wrong part

But they solved the problem everything is great now
