Sorry if the question is a repeat, can't find the specific answer to this. One site says they are the same.

I want the reservoir cap that is engraved, but the maker says it only fits XB models. A different maker says they are the same between tubers and XB. I only have a tuber, can anybody answer this "accurately"?

I have to check when I get home but I suspect the fluids are different (DOT3/DOT4). That's part of the engraving...

Yeah, I meant the shape/size, only. Are the top covers interchangable, is what I'm asking.
The engraving I'm looking at is like a big 'Buell' cut into the top, some other choices are also under consideration.

Jayvee - what kind of cap do you need - I have a brand new one with Dot 4 on it, for an M2. name your price if you want it.

Thanks, but I have a stock one already, I wanted to get one from a machinist that says "BUELL" carved into the top. He says it only fits XBs. I have read before that they are the same part.
Now I don't know who to believe??? It's not a lot of money, but don't want to waste it even so.
