In need of the bolts for z bracket OR whole z bracket assembly for '99 cyclone also looking for a working horn - mine fried this week and found out when a corolla almost side swiped me.... | ||

The muffler Z bracket bolts for the M2 (my 2000 model at least) are just 5/16-18 x 1.5 inch, Grade 8. You can get these at most any hardware store. | ||

I need to dig, but should have the stock one off my Ulysses somewhere (swapped to an air horn years ago). Try something first. Remove the horn. On the back there's a blob of silicone. Shove a phillips screwdriver in there. That's the output adjustment. Give it a turn one way, then the other, to loosen the diaphragm. I've had them seize from non-use before - a couple turns on the screw can pop it loose and get it working again. Then, start the bike and use the screw to give you the most volume. | ||

Also, check your fuses and make sure you have a working horn button...I want to say the horn is paired with the taillight. Neither is a good one to not-have... | ||

That's an adjustment. Make it with the bike RUNNING, so it's getting the correct voltage level. You will be amazed  |
