hi.yes i did remove them but i left the rear bracket tho.anyway.i like the sound of yours and i am wondering what can i do to lets say tame mine a little.not way down but to make it more throaty in the way yours is.cuz now at idle it is nice and really deeeeep....but when i accelerate it is little bit too raw...like i would be running only short pipe.so the slip on i have on is pipe werx.its standard...and i guess inside it has perforated pipe and some stuffing...what would happen if i would remove everything from inside?should i try to do like a chamber then a perforated tube and packing section and something like that? would that do anything?or would it make it worse?i have seen vids about standard muffler mod and they just say in title that it is gutted but no one really explains what they did to it...so any advice would be very welcome pls.

Hi.so I finally got the sound right.i bought the baffle and it is awesome. anybody knows if the exhaust outlet is pointing at the tyre could it do any damage?
i'd just leave it and ride it unless you plan on fitting one built for the bike, that can is too small to do anything else with, exhaust pointing at the tyre will heat it up quicker for increased cornering ability
Actually the can is now perfect...looks good to me and sounds even better.i just need to weld on a bracket to the elbow to make it similar as the one sold to jardine can. my concern is that outlet.i figured that it will heat up quicker...but wouldnt it leave any kind of build up overtime on the tyre?could that make it slippery? I think it would be good to manufacture an exhaust tip that would point little to the left and problem solved...
