I'M LOOKING AT A S2..I SUSPECT FRAME DAMAGE, WHAT WOULD A USED S2 FRAME GO FOR?

Sadly, there are lots of S2s that get parted out on Ebay. They seem to ASK around $250 and most often, don't sell.

With that said, if the frame only has a twist and doesn't have any kinked or buckled tubes, there is no reason a competent frame shop couldn't straighten the original. It's steel tubing. They bend it to make the frame. if the walls aren't damaged, it can be bent back with little or no lasting effect.

Of course, if the rake angle looks like a trials bike and the tire is rubbing on the oil filter, all bets are off.

I have seen them anywhere from $250-$600.00 I don`t know what they actually sell for but that has been what I have seen listed

You can always check the David Uden "Shop of 10000 Corpses" which is many a Buells last stop in life

He may have an S2 frame on FleaBay or something...

this guy also takes apart buells on ebay - 1cycle parts - not specifically limited to Buells like DJU is, though they typically have a lot of Buell stuff around:
