As a few of you know I sold my Uly. I think it was the best bike I've ever owned. I don't plan on leaving, as I have found Buellers to be an incredible group of humans. A special thanks goes out to every one here that has helped me grow while holding the community to a higher standard. If I started naming names, I'd be typing all day. Each of you know who you are, and again I thank you! +1s on all of you. My XT was with me for 32,000 miles and now resides with a man in MO. that is now probably a former Blast rider. I hope he enjoys Blue as much as I did. He has another Uly rider as a close enough friend that he trailed him up here to pick up the bike. They traveled quite a few miles that day. I have returned in a small way to dual-sports. I have a 2010 TW200 with 8600 miles on it. My Wrangler spends all of it's time on a tender. I too watch for the next thing to come out of eBr. Only, I long for a dual-sport with incredipower. Pass the coolaid Bro.s. For the yard-sellers here, I've already sold off most of my spares. I do have my second set of wheels left, but, prefer to sell local so as not to have to ship them. A complete set of magnesium tone wheels with rotors, pulley, new bearings at last tire mounting, near new Angels mounted, and all the dirt still on them from last winter. I'm in North central Illinois, 50 miles from East Troy. $400.00 firm. Like I said, I'm not leaving. |

I just bought a 2013 KLX250s, keeping my Ulysses though. Only bike I'd let my Uly go for is a VFR1200F with ABS and traction control for the right price, or a new Buell. Having a lot of fun with the Dual Sport bike the last month, even bought a DS 450 Can Am for my wife to ride along with me on the trails. You'll be back... |
