Ferris, Glendale BRAG's first meeting last Saturday, with a suggestion by Scott P. & a nod (affirmation, not falling asleep) by yours truly, penciled in Oktoberfast '04 for their October 2-day ride. Tim H. mentioned arranging for transporting of bikes, luggage & such, if needed, so plans are in the works. Sound like fun? OH YEAH! Sparky | ||

Wouldn't miss it!!! I'll probably drive the truck/trailer up with Toms and my bikes in the back from San Diego (carlsbad). May be able to squish in a third bike, or could at least carry stuff for anyone that needed it. But I can't think that far in advance. Al | ||

Scott, my most vivid memory of you during Oktoberfast was the fact you arrived first, by a considerable margin. your enthusiam was infectious, and Denise and i both truly enjoyed the time we spent getting to know you before the rest of the gang started rolling in. we're very much looking forward to riding with you again. Hi Denise...thanks for the reminder that I need to put together some recipes. I think a breakfast quesadilla of scrambled eggs, crumbled bacon, graded cheese, heat to melt chesse, serve with big helping of refried beans...bam! You got my kinda breakfast (and I been there, done that too!).  I would be more than happy to help whip that up one morning too. You'all take care! | ||

nice work, Scott! the garage has been busy since y'all were here. all of the unpainted workbenches have now been painted to match, more lighting has been added (with more to come by Oktober), and the S2 frame on the right in your first pic has a functional engine waiting to be embraced. oh, in case the Diego Brothers are lurking, my Boston CD's are cued up and ready to go... | ||
