I have an 09 Uly XT if that makes and difference. Not sure if the baffle has to be connected or not is what I mean. You will need the actuator cable. Check with your dealer to see if the 06 and 09 are the same thing but I'd bet they're identical. I don't remember the 06 having the baffle inside the muffler. But my memory stinks.
