They didn't really move.
It's weird.
Didn't want to move the CNC machines so redefined their smaller space around what they needed I guess. Saw Buell say this on a video somewhere.

I think they'd just been leasing a portion of the buildings that formerly housed Buell. Sounds like they just expanded within those same buildings, possibly back to the original Buell factory footprint.

Ferrari didn't move, it was actually a heating element manufacturer called Firem, but the nugget of the story is true.
