Does anyone have advice for breaking in a new front rotor on an XB without creating goofy hot spots or chatter? I tried bedding it in gradually over 20 miles or so but it's getting patchy hot spots and gives me a chatter feeling when I apply the brake-- not smooth at all. Does anyone else have this kind if issue? |

Is it the EBR rotor? Or the stock one? |

Hmmm. I had no trouble with mine using Lyndall pads. Normal street riding broke it in fine. |

I would take the caliper off and pop the pistons out. Could be corrosion from bad brake fluid. |
